Guided Walk: Woodchester Park, Near Stroud

Friday 27th August 2010

Guided Walk - 10.30 am start at National Trust Car Park.


The walk will cover approximately 3 miles and involves some gentle hills.

The walk explores the beaufiful valley of Woodchester Park, owned and managed by the National Trust. NT staff will accompany the walk and give a biodiversity angle, while a geologist from GGT will explain the geology of the park using some old quarries and track cuttings, the lakes and streams feeding into the lakes.
