May Hill Sandstone
Yartleton Formation

Lithology
Flaggy sandstones and siltstones with subordinate shales. Commonly pale yellowish-brown or greyish orange.

Upper Boundary
Highest beds become fine grained and calcareous and transitional with thin limestone beds of the Woolhope Limestone.

Lower Boundary
Transitional from the Huntley Hill Beds and can include beds of conglomerate.
